This project is a feasibility study for establishing an industrial Egg Powder Production Plant designed to process fresh eggs into high-quality dehydrated egg powder suitable for use in the food industry, bakeries, confectionery production, mayonnaise manufacturing, and other industrial food applications.
The production process begins with the reception and inspection of raw eggs, followed by washing and sanitization to ensure hygiene and compliance with food safety standards. The eggs are then broken and separated into yolk and albumen if required by product specification, or processed as whole egg liquid depending on market demand.
The liquid egg is subjected to pasteurization under controlled temperature conditions to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving nutritional value. After pasteurization, the product is transferred to a drying system, typically a spray dryer, where moisture is removed to produce fine egg powder with stable shelf life and high solubility.
The dried product is then milled (if necessary), sieved for uniform particle size, and transferred to automated packaging units. The final product is packed in moisture-proof, food-grade containers or bags to ensure long-term storage stability.
The plant is designed to operate under strict international food safety standards (HACCP / ISO 22000), with emphasis on hygiene, efficiency, and energy optimization. The facility can be scaled according to production requirements, with modular expansion capability.
The project offers strong economic viability due to the high demand for egg powder in global food processing industries, reduced storage and transportation costs compared to fresh eggs, and extended product shelf life.
